The Yankees Birthday Cake

This cake was for a birthday party of a New York Yankees Baseball fan. On the bat, I wrote with a paintbrush, in royal icing, all the years the Yankees won the World Series and who their opponents were.

It was chocolate marble with sculpted fondant with royal icing highlights.

This cake is $75, plus $10 for delivery and serves a lot.
