My Desert Sun is the story about a stallion, Cayuse, a mustang who gets captured. His spirit remains unbroken and his will is tested at every turn.

The cover is an illustration of a wild mustang in a photo that inspired the book. The shadows were flip-flopped.

This book was available on Amazon.com and is sold out. It will be reprinted by another publisher with a different cover.

The drawing is nine by eleven inches on Aquabee Bristol Pad, Plate Finish paper, colored with Berol Prismacolor pencils. It is reduced for the book cover.
